Community Midwife
The midwife and the doctor are responsible for the shared care of antenatal and postnatal patients. When it has been confirmed that you are pregnant, your GP will provide you with the contact details for the midwife so that you can arrange a convenient time for her to complete the necessary paperwork. This is also an opportunity for you to ask the midwife any questions you may have.
