New Surgery Premises
We are still awaiting planning consent for the construction of new surgery premises on Lower Town Road, Sampford Peverell. We have been advised by MDDC Planning Dept that consent can be issued on condition that the Practice accepts a Section 106 agreement for the costs associated with the provision of street lighting, 2 bus stops, a safe crossing point and a reduction in the local speed limit to 30mph. This will have a significant impact on our budget and the viability of the project is now under review.
