How to Register with our practice
Anyone living within the practice area is welcome to apply to register with us and our list is currently open.
Please bring your medical card to the practice if you have it. Don't worry if you can't find it, we can give you a form to complete. Patients now register with a practice, not a specific doctor, however you can have a preferred doctor and this will be recorded in your medical record. However we would encourage you to see either of the doctors, particularly if you have an urgent problem and need to be seen quickly.
All new patients joining the practice are encouraged to come in for a simple health check with our Health Care Assistant or Practice Nurse so that we can review your medical history before your medical notes arrive from your previous doctor. This is also helpful to our doctors and nurse when you visit them for the first time.
If you are on regular medication you will need to see a doctor before a prescription can be issued.
Change of Personal Details
Please inform the practice if you change your name, status, address or landline or mobile telephone number. You will be asked to complete a form to ensure that your records contain up to date information
