Violent, Aggressive or Intimidating Behaviour
The practice operates a zero tolerance policy with regard to patients who are violent, abusive, and aggressive or in any other way intimidate our staff or doctors. Patients who demonstrate such behaviour may be removed from our practice list. Patients are always treated with respect by our doctors and practice staff and similarly we expect to be treated with respect by patients.
